Jeremiah 19

Introduction

1  Under the type of breaking a potter's vessel, is foreshewn the desolation of the Jews for their sins.

Thus saith the LORD, Go and get a potter's earthen bottle, and take of the ancients of the people, and of the ancients of the priests;
